About the collection:

I love working with large-scale forms: literally one centimetre and the silhouette of the work changes dramatically. In this collection I have executed one of my favourite ceramic shapes and textures. The ribbed surface is pleasant to the touch. You want to touch the piece, feeling the handmade details. It is a special pleasure to see the clay change under the artist's hands, acquiring a characteristic repetitive and slender weave-like pattern. These works are made of red stone high-temperature clay and covered with the author's strontium glaze. The colours are perceived differently under different lighting conditions and the relief of the surface is emphasised even more. The pieces fit perfectly into the interior, resembling modest young ladies who cannot hide their beauty.
